Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Joowel, where customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you are happy with every purchase from Joowel.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer FREE returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please review the following guidelines should you wish to request a return:

Return Eligibility

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@joowel.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
  • Please indicate the item(s) and reasons for your return.
  • Once the request is accepted, we will contact you with further instructions on how to send the items to our return address.
  • Pack your jewellery securely in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided in the email.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Card refunds can take between 5-10 days to reflect on your account. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@joowel.co.uk

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges, but you may request store credit for your returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This is in line with health and safety guidelines.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for any lost packages due to customer inputting incorrect address.

We cannot change address once order is placed due to them being dispatched on the same day by our distributors.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
